Dubai business district at dusk, the market UAE Dealroom sources acquisitions in

Access by verification only

Off-market UAE businesses, seen only by verified buyers.

UAE Dealroom is the buyer side of Coello Advisory. Owner-operated businesses in the AED 2 to 10 million range, taken to market quietly under an exclusive mandate, and shown to a short list of buyers who have proven who they are and what they can deploy.

Current opportunities are on our businesses for sale page with the asking price where the seller has set one. Names and documents come after you clear the same gate everyone else clears: identity, NDA, proof of funds.

Every enquiry is treated as confidential from the first message. No seller is named, and no owner is approached, before verification is complete.

How access works

Four steps, in this order, for everyone.

The gate exists because sellers only agree to a confidential process if the process is actually confidential. Buyers who take it seriously get first call on every new mandate.

01

Tell us your thesis on WhatsApp

Sector, size range in AED, cash you can deploy in the next ninety days and its source, whether you have bought a business before, and your timeline. Five answers, one message. Vague answers end here, and that is the point.

02

Identity and NDA

A signed buyer NDA with a non-circumvention clause, plus a passport or Emirates ID. No identification means no counterparty, and nothing further is shared. The signed NDA is logged before anything with a name on it moves.

03

Proof of funds

A bank letter or statement showing liquid funds of at least half the target price, or a mandate letter from your capital source. Buyers who intend to raise the money after finding a deal are logged, not progressed.

04

You see live mandates

Verified buyers receive the anonymized profile first, then the full information memorandum with real figures. Two further questions follow, on what you have looked at recently and on who else signs off, before a chaperoned owner meeting is arranged.

That is the short version. The desk actually runs six gates, and the last two decide whether a meeting happens at all. Read the full buyer process.

No owner meetings before verification

Sellers do not sit in rooms with unverified buyers. A request to meet the owner informally, ahead of the gate, is itself the reason the answer is no. Every meeting is arranged and attended by Coello Advisory.

Everyone goes through the same gate

Family offices, consolidators, first-time acquirers, referrals from people we know. Same order, same evidence, no exceptions and no shortcuts bought with a bigger number. It is the only reason owners trust the channel.

Who this is for

Four kinds of buyer, one standard.

Residency-driven buyers

You want a UAE visa anchored to a real business, a solid cash yield, and something you can supervise rather than run yourself seven days a week.

Owner-operators

You are buying a job you actually want, with a team already in place. You will be in the business daily, and you want honest numbers on how many hours that really takes.

Consolidators

You already run something in the sector and want the contracts, the staff, or the capacity. Expect a firm non-solicit and staged disclosure, financials before customer names.

Family offices and funds

You hold a mandate and are looking for a platform to build on. Slower process, cleanest close, and first sight of everything that fits once the relationship is established.

Each of these buyers is asked for something different at the gate, and one of them gets turned away more often than the rest.

Who we work with

For owners, not buyers

Selling rather than buying.

If you own a UAE business and are thinking about an exit, you are on the wrong side of this site. The sell-side process, valuation and confidentiality terms live at UAE Exits, and the adviser behind both is Joseph Coello.

Request access

Start with one message.

Send your buying thesis on WhatsApp. If the sector, the size range and the funding line up with anything currently under mandate, you will hear back with next steps rather than a brochure.

What to include in that first message

  1. The sectors you are actually looking at, specifically, not "any profitable business".
  2. The size range in AED, by asking price or by revenue.
  3. How much cash you can deploy in the next ninety days, and where it comes from.
  4. Whether you have bought a business before, and which one.
  5. Your timeline: closing within three months, six months, or still exploring.

Prefer the long version first? Read what happens after you send that message.
